According to large population-based surveys, up to 33.7% of the population are affected by an anxiety disorder during their lifetime. And women are twice as likely to be affected by generalized anxiety.

Stress, anxiety and burnout are a large part of my practice.

This is because I take on a bio-psycho-social model and that means health is not limited to the physical.  Even in my skin, hormonal or digestion cases, I look for markers of stress, anxiety and burnout.

Everyday, patients tell me how they wish they could wake up looking forward to the day, stop relying on coffee to get them out of bed and break from the feeling like they’re always running out of time.

I’m passionate about helping them feel more present, happy and grounded.

As with all of my cases, together we look at you as a whole being.  This means we examine your medical history, the health of your bodily systems, lifestyle, habits and environment. 

Many of my patients are also seeing other practitioners, therapists or are taking medication for their anxiety disorders.  I am comfortable and happy to work in combination with other medical professionals to create an integrated plan that is tailored to your needs.
